Dear Congregation,

 

Wesley is once again hosting the American Red Cross blood drive on Monday, December 17, 2008 from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  We are asking for a few volunteers.

 

We need help with the following:

·         2 Greeters/registration people

·         Donations of:

*        Fresh fruit

*        Vegetables

*        Meat and cheese tray

*        Bars and cookies

 

We also need people to sign up and give the gift of blood which can mean the gift of life to so many people.  This time of the year is when we have the greatest shortages of blood so please seriously consider giving this gift.

 

I would like to thank Sue Crawford for stepping up to coordinate this drive and Deede Koel for all of her assistance with this drive and past drives.  To sign up to give blood you can call Sue at 929-0324 or Deede at 537-5242.  Please let Sue know if you can provide any of the food or volunteer you time.
