Stewardship News: Thank you Wesley for your initial response to our Stewardship Campaign! All the pledge envelopes and donations to the Food Shelf we’re a fantastic start! If you were not able to return your envelope and/or donate food you can still do both. Bring either to the church office. And thank you again, Wesley! Way to go! Our Stewardship Task Force wants you to know of ways we’re going to share the Wesley Stewardship story… 1) Articles on stewardship in the Wesley Welcome. 2) Plan a “Stewardship Moment” once a month during the worship service. 3) Invite the children in Sunday School to prepare posters. 4) Create special offering envelopes for children. 5) Schedule a discussion session with the youth about setting priorities for the use of time and money. 6) Display pictures, cartoons, short quotes, and articles on a church bulletin board. 7) During prayer time in worship include the names of ministries supported by Wesley. Invite those who enjoy acting to perform a chancel drama on stewardship. Check out Wesley’s Three-Year Plan
